One flat fee to run the whole wedding. Set by the size of your day, published before you call us, and unchanged after.

Never more than EGP 200,000, whatever the wedding.
Vendor costs are not included and never pass through us. You pay your venue, your caterer and your photographer directly, at the price we booked them at.
Getting married somewhere else?
We work wherever the wedding is. The rule is the same everywhere - one flat fee, in the range planners charge the world over - and you get your number in writing after one call.
What that looks like
A wedding in Dubai. 150 guests. You're comfortable spending AED 380,000.
That's the second band, so our fee is AED 45,000 - about 11.8% of what you're spending, and you knew it before you called.
The AED 380,000 goes to your venue, your caterer, your photographer, your florist - from you, not through us, at the price we booked.
Most couples pay part of our fee to start and the rest at a point you agree with us. Whatever the split, it's written down before you pay anything.
Our fee, and only our fee
Vendor costs are paid by you, straight to the vendors - that money never passes through us, so it isn't ours to give back. What we guarantee is our own work. Your plan has milestones with dates on them, you get that list before you pay us anything, and if we miss one without agreeing the change with you first, the part of our fee covering that stage is yours to reclaim. No form, no window to miss. You ask, we send it back.
How we run your wedding
Nine stages, in the order they happen.
The first call, 30 minutes
How you want the day to feel, how many people, and the number you're comfortable with. You leave the call with our fee in writing.
The shortlist
Two or three real venues, with real prices and real availability. Not a market to search.
The big three
Venue, catering, photography, booked. They set everything else, and they're the ones that run out.
Everything else
Decor, flowers, music, invitations, hair and makeup, transport. Same rule every time: two or three options, chosen for you.
Every second week, where things stand
One message: what's booked, what's due, what we need from you. When nothing needs you, it says so.
The month before, the run sheet
Hour by hour, every vendor's arrival time, every phone number. You get it, and so does everyone working the day.
The week of
We re-confirm every vendor. If something moves, we move around it - you hear about it once it's solved, not while it's a problem.
The day
We're there from the first delivery to the last car home. You're a guest at your own wedding.
After
Every invoice, receipt and file in one place, and your photographs when they land.
